An other white tunic (second attempt...)

view the rejection of the first white tunic, I would have a second alternative white tunic.
This is a nco tunic, but it is not marked or dated, what do you think?

    Thanks end regards

    Hi there!

This 'white' looks much better than the other! Almost all its important features are there: fake french cuff, button hole on the front lapel, pockets shape ... Also the thread loops are more convincing. Mostly the three-points one on the left pocket: some KM badge have the classical pin and a little hook on the top! The board pass through the shoulders hole and are keeping in place with a 'T'?
Its strange the lack of any marking... there's not any faded shadow?? However we must be always careful with the material of the navy: this is pretty much unchanged for centuries!!!

        White tunic

Looks good to me! I do like the three position loops for a KM badge . Just like the white NCOs tunic I had once. Now finding a white top cap is going to be a bit harder I would imagine, but you should enjoy this tunic as it is very nice.

I think the jacket was born with the markings but lost them during the many washes that are used to get these kind go stuff!

The white top mutze would be quite difficult to abtain! There's another thing, more easy to find, that this jacket need: a nice ribbons bar to put on the loops over the left pocket!

          Best,

And the three loops on the lower part of the pocket need a nice KM badge with top hook -- possibilities include a Deumer Minesweeper, or any of several makers of Destroyer or S-Boat badge.

And a wound badge in the two loops lower down.

              Best regards,
              ---Norm

Okay Frank Thank you! Could you tell me a store where I can buy the correct (and original) ribbons?
