A present for our KM friends

Not being a KM guy at all, it happened I had this picture among a group of pictures, and I've made a T&N of it for you guys.
You just don't see KM men deployed against partisans that often I guess.
I suspect they are U-boot crewmen, is there any way to tel that for sure?
There was a U-Boot Stuetzpunkt around there and they were often employed against the partisans in the area.
Seems they have an MG13 on the truck.
The pictures was taken in north-western Croatia.
