One of the rare ones from the Reichs-Kriegsmarine. Verwaltungs Petty officer. PM John Robinson or maybe he will be along to give further comment. Very nice and not often seen!

Very nice 1935 insignia. These are very rare.

While these are scarce due to the limited time produced. The Ebay price someone got a little too overzealous with the bid.
Typically for these metal arm shields they go for around 30-40Euro on many dealer sites. The "M" or "V" one would expect to pay around 100-150 Euro. Anything more than that, is outrageous.
The Standard Bearer, 1935 "M" or "V" metal insignia and then Dive patches are probably the most expensive sleeve insignia for the Kriegsmarine.

Mind you the Fuhrer standard that was worn on the sleeve of KM personnel on the Aviso Grille was probably the most rare piece IMHO. I am unfamiliar if anyone has one in their collection.

Yes indeed it's totally insane if someone is willing to pay such a price

I hope this is a fair price..

                        Thanks Andi
