Strange KM white summer tunic

Hi everybody.

This one is on current Special Sale on P. Lucas's site, and apart of being very attractive to me, it is really strange.

OK, blue-backed shoulder boards I think are not original to the tunic, but look at the collar and 8-buttoned front ;-).

Anyone can say something more about this one?

I would say Heer (WH) for sure... but it could have been used by a KM officer
still... I guess... if he preferred this style over the open neck KM version...
(these are private purchase garments, so customer preference, not adhering to regulation KM attire...)

The boards should have been white backed as well to properly match the white uniform...a KM regulation...
not a blue underlay...another oddity... if I am not mistaken....
Unless it is documented with period images of the KM owner, this set up is really just worth its value in parts IMO
because of the anomalies shown...
