Hi there!

Is difficult say by the pics shown.. The navy garment is almost the same for every belligerent from decades. Often the only thing that distinguishes
the German stuff from the others is only the eagle. So is really easy to forge a jacket and dress to nazi war marine... The lining is not obviously that I would see on issue garment (and it is not!). So, could be a private made jacket, and this could be a very difficult field to tread....
