Hi Edmil,

I notice the seller has 0 posts to his name. Not that there's anything wrong with that since one has to start sometime, but I just wasn't aware one could sell on e-stand right away with no posts.

It looks very similar in style to the one worn by my Dad in 1943 -- the brown version of the summer jacket - although I suspect my Dad's was custom tailored in Italy.

I agree with NormF. I'd expect to find guilded buttons issued with this type of jacket but I guess it could have been period replaced ?
