Kriegsmarine cap badge Z4 Zerstörer Richard BEITZEN for identification in wear

This should be the cap insignia of Z4 Richard Beitzen.
Laid down: Deutsche Werke Kiel, 7 January 1935
Launched: 30 November 1935
Commissioned: 13 May 1937
Fate: scrapped 1947

Can anybody confirm this Z4 badge or do you have seen pictures of this badge in wear?

I can see the photo but it doesn't ring any bells.

Like Justin says I'm also not familiar with Zerstörers having a cap badge, it's usuallly an U-boat thing.

Perhaps it's a pre-war visitors badge, a couple of kreuzers have this.

How does the reverse look like? Is there a needle or pin?
