    China's Sea Opportunity Cap Tallies

Why you don't go in it?

Here are four German Navy cap ribbons from four of history's most famous warships. These are unused, pre-war tallies in "Bevo-Weave," an automated silk thread embroidering process. Each is about 60 inches long. When war was declared in September of 1939 these were recalled and generic "Kriegsmarine" ribbons were used instead. (I have a few of these as well.)

Well, the text says: "These are unused, pre-war tallies in "Bevo-Weave"

They may be unused but they're also very post-war in my opinion At 495$ they could throw in a pic of the reverse as well.

I think when they show this reverse picture, probably the sale will sink in the China's Sea.
