Dress Epaulettes

You know how sometimes something just really trips your trigger and you HAVE GOT TO HAVE IT!!!!!
That happened to me a Loooooonnnngggg time ago.
A person called me and said that he had seen my ad. He had some German items for sale. I went to his house and he showed me a Naval Officer's sword, with the hangers, a Fore & Aft box with no hat in it but it had the dress epaulettes in it. A shark had been to his house and tried to lowball him on his stuff, so he was really hesitant to sell anything for fear of getting ripped. When I say hesitant, I mean it took me 8 years to get the stuff from him. Perseverance paid off.
I sold the hat box and I also finally sold the sword, but I had to keep the epaulettes because for some reason I just love 'em! They're really nice. The spun gold wire bullion is really pretty.

Hello Timmy, nice Oberleutnant epaulettes set, look very nice in that display but I would bought two small KM bottons, cut out the hook and glued them to the screws

With the epaulettes is different, Leutnant epaulettes are with no pips and fringe, Oberleutnant with no pips and fringe and Kapitänleutnant with 2 pips and fringe.
