Kriegsmarine or Wehrmacht cutlery F.W.W. fork HELP WANTED

This fork is stamped wit a typical cutlery Kriegsmarine eagle, but without the M. The M has not been removed, it was clearky never present there. The other markings read F.W.W. and 42 (1942).

What does the F.W.W. stands for and is fork a Kriegsmarine issue or not please?

I think that you are mistaken by a possible explanation for fww, the three letter code abbreviation, which has nothing to do with the F.W.W.

Agree about the eagle, but without the M, IMO not KM
