Packhülle for schlauchboot

I've put this on the e-stand but there seems to be some discussing as whether or not they were KM or LW.

Any thoughts here ??

As it is clearly marked "Marine", its for sure navy...

Those dingys were used by both LW and KM; and differ only in the markings. Have seen a dingy with the typical LW-pilot-style prints, explaining the signals. But label was marked "Kriegsmarine".
