Unidentified Bullion Kriegsmarine Patch

Gentlemen,

I picked this up in a box lot of of other Geman items recently, and believe this to be of Kriegsmarine origin, but i could use some help with identification. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's the sleeve insignia denoting that the wearer was the lowest level of a Technical Official. All buttons would be silver as would his hat eagle and wreath. A nice one!
