Schlachtschiff Gneisenau Cap Tally Question

Hi,

A friend has send me this picture from a Schlachtschiff Gneisenau cap tally. Until now all cap tallies from Gneisenau I had saw had gothic letters, it's the first time I see one like this bellow. What kind of cap tally is this, a modern fantasy piece or there is another explanation for it?

This is not a period KM or even Imperial/Reichsmarine tally IMO. This is purely a fantasy piece.
The KM Gneisenau tally is a rarer one, much more so than it's sister ship: Scharnhorst.


FYI: Tirpitz, and Bismark did not have a muetzenband/tally. Just to save some time.
