Hi,
I'm looking at this tally and seeing a HMS Belfast souvenir.
Can you please tell us if the tally has equal lengths from the script.
As for the Eagle I'm also thinking its a repro but others will be better
Qualified to comment.
Just my opinion but I maybe wrong.

I agree, this looks like the Belfast fake for the Scharnhorst tally/muetzenband
The Eagle I also believe is a forgery.

My rationale for calling the eagle bad was the sawtooth reverse stitching and that the eagle inner wings to the longer wings didn't have the stepping one would see on period examples. The inner eagle wings should come close to the body leaving a small portion of the larger feathers exposed.

I know nothing about machine woven eagles, but the cap tally is 100% certainly the H.M.S. Belfast gift store reproduction with the British-style unequal ends that's been discussed so frequently. See the same type posted by Jody here:
