Hi Kevin,

I haven't seen one like that yet, but perhaps Eduardo has. It looks like a 2nd pattern design but different style. The detail seems poor but that could be the fuzzy photo.

Can you please provide better closeup photos or scans of both the obverse and reverse and give the width in cm or mm from wingtip to wingtip?

It looks like an eagle which should be attached to the ribbon of the long service medal IMO.
