I think the correct name is a Kriegsmarine Station Pointer. This is a position fixing instrument which was used when land was in sight.

I bought the same navigation instrument 12 years ago (always in my collection) for about 800 Euros.
These instruments in good condition are very rare, and I made a very good deal when I bought this item on Ebay. You could do the same...

Get off your cloud, who here do not make business to finance its own collection except if you have a lot of money ?
You must be the only collector who, when he makes a good deal give the benefit to all the community. For me I do this only with my close friends.

Now If you help all the community, you should change your nickname to "Holy Glaser", but I don't believe this...

No maker label inside, no number box and condition is less good.
Now at 500 $ it's a good deal.
