I found it. Looks like several others have this type of eagle. Quite attractive. I wish I could count myself as having one like this in my collection.

Hi Guys,

I notice that Peter's eagle is indeed the same as Tim's (good eye, Justin), but that these are different from the Assmann cloth-backed eagles discussed in that linked thread.

So there were at least two different makers of cloth-backed summer breast eagles.
