Can anyone confirm what these are? I thought they were Kriegsmarine...but what is the deal wiht the leg ties?

They go with the double breasted leather jackets with the buckle straps around the wrists, some lining and Rbnr.....these are the 1/2 length jackets NOT the wraps, they have external buttons and lower flapped pockets.
There are probably some posted somewhere on the forum from years back....but I don't think that they have ever been 100% ID'd . I'm sure that they are original WWII German Military (not para NSKK or any of that nonsense) and date from the mid to later war period.
My feeling is that they may be LW related....maybe dispatch rider and I'm sure very limited in production and use.
The LW actually re-used some RW era Kraftfahr sets and re-made later in some of thier own versions in brown for dispatch riders. I think that these maye be from around 1942-44 for use with the ground divisions.....just a hunch.
