Coastal Art Tunic help please

Gentleman:
I bought this tunic from a well known new england dealer. It had heer insigina said not to be original to the tunic (WAF). What might be a reasonable price to sell this tunic as is?

The tumic is Kreigsmarine Coastal Artillery , The buttons have to be replaced with KM Gray/tan Anchor ones . A stripped good Km Field gray tunic in used /servicable condition can be sold for 250 to 350 dollars.
