KM patches?

Those were recently on eBay, stated as "German navy patch pre 1945".

As I cannot put them into any part of KM insignia, I thought that maybe someone would know more than I do.

It seems that both are on a blue cloth. Army (Heer) used that, too?

Heer used a blue - green, background color.

Are these the sellers pics, as I bought a blue backed trade patch (Medical) that when it arrived was on a green backing. It was just the poor pic, probably shot indoors with flash. I'm not saying that is the case but it is likely.
