I must admit that there's nothing sexyer than the combination of feldgrau and yellow...if it weren't for the GJ I would have gone to KA too

I see the famous tunic with large yellow bands on the arms on doc's pictures, do we have any signification for those bands ?

Thanks for the compliments, In my opinion it was time for a serious KM kustenartillerie thread on the WAF So thats the reason to start it up.

Hopefully much more collectors will now show their KM kustenartillerie items to us.

Have to agree with Oldenburg, Doc. Can we see some close ups of the MA Tunic with the gold (Spiess?????) rings on the sleeves??? If Speiss, then I would have expected Officer quality collar tabs and naturaly a shoulder board upgrade as well.

I know, in my opinion are postwar fantasy additions, of course, not for a spiess. But as I'm not 100% sure of the meaning and the period when it was done... I haven't been able to disassemble them. The stitching is a bit bizarre, non professional nor typical from the period and there are not shadows under them.

One of these days I'll dissasemble them.
