The J.F.S " blue" buckle posted above in this tread is NOTa KM nor Costal artillery buckle.
The "blue" colour on buckles was used as the last colour in the war to paint buckles. It is the 1945 paint.
There also existe "Blue" SS RoDo EM buckles, they are off course very rare but they are NOT "SS marine" nor "SS Kustenartillerie" buckles.
The JSF bleu buckle could have been used for a kustenartillerie unit , as it could have been used by any unit of the Army or KM in 1945 . But of course NOT on the France or Belgium coasts as these where liberated by September 44.
