KM markings on trouser

What's your opinion about these so many markings....1939....1941.....and RF Nr ?
It's on KM trousers on e-stand

I have never seen a KM drillich trousers stamped like this. In fact....I never seen this kind of stamping before. RF number and kriegsmarine. Very strange. I do not like it. Stampings in my KM drillich trouser are totally different.

Maybe other members can shine a light on this?

I doubt the size marking. It lists 5 sizes, I think it's a tunic stamp, what should the 5th size be?

I do have examples of trousermarkings with 2 and 4 sizes.

Yes, I think there is too many markings on this one
No markings is sometimes better than too much
