I received this badge and need information.

I think that is a hallmark of specialists sleeve machines, in the back is an inscription:

K. 18.4.40.

The measures are 90 X 70 mm.

Is it a badge of officer or sailor?.

Other logos same but with an angle at the bottom, how the corresponding angle?
