Thoughts on this grey leather U boat Jacket please

This jacket is for sale locally. The tag makes me think it is post war? If it is in fact original is $250 a good price? Sorry but this is a little out of my comfort zone. I am looking at it for a 12th SS display.

Apears to be a good one and good price but not suitable for 12th SS Pzr display.
They were issued the black versions of these....

As stated the panzerguys of the 12th, didn't wore the gray version of the jacket, but only the black one reminded the colour of the outhers panzer garnments, traded the anchor buttons with the peebles army ones...
