Enigma rotor the real deal?

What do you think guys, is this really a rotor from an Enigma machine?

So would you say the large ring to rotate the mechanism is made of aluminum? Looks like zic pest attacked it if so.

Yes it Looks like Aluminium to me. It needs a coat of grease to preserve it from further damage !
I'm sure other members will chip in shortly on this interesting piece (who have a bit more knowledge than me on these things !)
