Hello Ray,
the cyphers are good, but the boards missing two stars. Mates (Maaten / Petty Officers) didn't wear shoulder boards (except the brown tropical uniform).

As long as I have been in the Military I'm still somewhat clueless with the Naval rating infrastructure.

Very attractive tunic and especially the boards. All you need to do is find 4 nicely toned matching gold pips the same size as the impressions. Congratulations!
