If it were Heer General.....it would not have green stitching in the wings; it would have gold. It's CA IMO.

Its a bevo badge they dont have stitching ( gold or any other colour ) between the wing feathers its the backing cloth you can see and the Known gold bevo Army generals cap eagle are the same. just look at any bevo eagle and you will see what i mean ,but i did describe it in the post as a CA
