In my collection of overcoats, Luftwaffe, Heer, and my one and only KM. Machinist Chief, I believe. Just a plain blanket style liner. MM and sizes are to faded to photo.

A Machinist Chief is a "Mechaniker" in German = a chief petty officer (Feldwebel rank) with the trade of Machinist (Mechaniker = mechanic).
