Yes it is original. That is a nice KM enlisted ,gold on dark blue cap eagle. I would like to see the rest of the hat if I could. Thanks.

Sorry to say that the hat and cap tally are not ww2 German.

Only the cloth eagle and cocarde are, but these should not be on a Tellermütze. Should be a metal cocarde attatched to a metal eagle on a stickpin, so it's removable.

Cap tally uses Latin Block letters as used by Bundesmarine after 1960

You'll also note the cap band is to high for the tally...
