if the stamps fake.you can bet your life the watch is.there faking watches just as good as the badges? just my 2 cents

I think it's a post war stopwatch with a fake stamp.

This type of stopwatch has been seen before. I have no idea if this is good or not, there were many variations in stopwatches and KM stamps on the reverse.
