Nope, I think it is blue looks like a non official "sweetheart" souvenier tally.

script should be cotton. have seen these in various colours for ships but don't recall seeing a non ship one before

Oops, getting carried away, could have sworn it looked cotton/blue, maybe I should get my eyes tested or monitor adjusted!!
