Sorry, IMO not original KM sailor cap, probably a postwar one. Scharnhorst tally doesn't look ok for me.

Altough i realy do not doubt your knowledge and experience Eduardo, i would like to hear some more opinons before i break the bad news to my friend.

The tally concerns me. Could you post a full length shot of the back of the tally showing the flowing ends of the muetzenband/tally please? This cap, if original, (I can't comment on the headgear) except that this hat appears to be mint and untouched by time.

This is just my opinion.
