Stopwatch good or fake

Sorry if this is posted on the wrong forum but there does'nt seem to be one for watches/stopwatches. As this is ment to be a Naval watch I thought someone here may know something about them.
This is being sold for £190 and i was just interested in your views on it and if it were a fake or a good piece.

The upside is, I'm sure Swiss stopwatches were very likely used in Nazi Germany....It appears to have a Kriegsmarine (Navy) eagle.......The downside is, when was it put on there?......I agree, it would be nice to see the interior....Bodes
