Hi Pete does not look good to me. Is that the actual colour or the result of the flash? Close up Pics of the reverse would help, but the one you show is not like the examples i have had.

I was in a super rush taking these pics, these items belong to a freind and im skeptical baout alot of them!...im not intrested in buying them just to show him, or more so prove to him my views of concern! or disprove them!

From the pic it seems like the canary yellow of modern repros.
Letters should be a silk-like material resembling old gold coloration.
Maybe close-ups will determine it more accurately.Fading of letters is a real problem on many originals.
