Blucher tally is a nice period metal thread piece. Amazed it is in as good of condition as it is still attached to a frame. The Scharnhorst is one of the toughest tallies. You might check out the pinned thread on tallies/mützenband on this forum. Has a lot of good info about the Scharnhorst tally and why it is so difficult. Since you didn't show the full length, It will have to be presumed to be a "Belfast" fake. Check out that thread and you will see what I am talking about.

Faded but nice Blücher, no problem. One of the more seldom. Like Justin says the Scharnhorst is difficult. The Belfast fake is the best fake around at all and cut it will be difficult to find out if it's good or bad. My personal feeling says no good, sorry.

I read a lot over the belfast fakes, now.
I think my is original one,
Because the lenght on the right side of Scharnhorst is 40cm
The belfast fakes have the short side on the right side.
