    KM white visor French made

I've been looking to purchase a white KM visor and came across this French made cap. Browsed through the forum, but could not find any references or examples on caps from this firm ( Peverelly, Marseilles). I did come across some KM pith helmets that were made in Marseilles, so theoretically, there was some supply to KM in that city. Is this a legitimate visor? Sadly I could not find any other examples to compare it to. Would really appreciate any opinions on this item.

You can compare to this french visor cap from the same maker.
The black liner, the sweatband, the visor are similar.

Always tricky with non-standard KM visors, but I believe this one has a good chance of being a good one. I like the look of it and do not see anything that I would consider an immediate red flag.

Thank you everyone for your input! It is always good to hear other opinions and I am glad the reviews are positive. Jmb - great link, nice proof that the company was making naval hats. The liner and sweatband and visor are indeed very similar.

Nice original french tailor made cap
Not an issue cap of a bigger contractor like the french made pith helmets but of a local cap maker .
You can see a lot of uniforms or caps producers in France during the war , especially for the KM .

Thanks again to everyone for the feedback. The seller got back to me and told me the visor is already gone. Quite disappointing, but will continue to be on a lookout.
