Km ? Ice / champagne bucket

Hello Everyone. I hope I am posting this in the correct forum. I would like to get some thoughts / opinions on this ice / champagne bucket. Measures approximately
5 /12 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches in diameter. No makers marks or any other marks that I can see. Thanks in advance BDM

Hard to say. It seems to me as if original insignia have been soldered to a silver (?) ice bucket. When is anyone's guess. Could have been a wartime creation, or later as a souvenir.. but in either case its done fairly amateuristically, so definitely not a factory creation.
