Overseas KM officer cap

I get pics of this overseas KM ofic.cap.
And I woul like to get some opinions about it.
BeVo insignia could be replaced with bullion one , material looks good but design of this cap is not regular. Maybe private made cap ?

To be honest, I know very little about postwar or other countries' caps as I got zero interest in them. But if I were to guess I'd say probably 50's or 60's. But could be way off.
