What belt to complete a rig?

Hi! I’ve got a Baltic Fleet “O” marked Mauser 1934 pistol with holster. After searching the net for 2 hours I’m getting tired and figured I’d ask. What belt was used to complete the rig? Thanks in advance! I’m looking to buy a belt and want to get it right the first time.

Since its normally only officers who carry pistols, I would suggest a brown officers belt( the same type as the Army officers used to wear )

So this belt wouldn’t have any special buckle then? Just a brass two prong wire type buckle?
