That's my feeling, many shoulder straps in the same place, same construction with different finished, Northsee and Ostsee Batallions, with feldgrau and dark green base, also KA shoulders with same construction, all in France/Paris/HSC, never seen those model before, ... for me is clear, but it's just my opinion.

Ok , only a feeling and certain doubts . I can understand .
The POA straps sold at that time + at this place and still seen on the market very often ( as it was so many ) , were also found in more colours in the exactly same making style ? Not only pipings colours but also forms and wool colours ?
They all came from Statni Films in Prag but were not made there : simply WH left overs laying in Prag in 1945 !
From the same factory ? May be ...
They were so rare before the wall came down in 1990 that many people were non believers for a very long time , exactly for like almost all Statni Films items !
Who bought officially the Statni Films stocks in 1992 : HSC from Paris ...
If these KM CA straps came from Statni ? I don't know but IMO not , it was just a comparison on the sensible question of Militaria "stocks" .
