Help to find some information from these pictures

Hello all, I'm postiung these on behalf fellow member Bernhard, from his grandfather's album, he was born in 1911 served in the KM from October 1940 till Mai 1942. His first assignment was Kraftfahrabteilung Swinemünde, where he stayed 9 months and then was on board of V-901 for another 5 month.

- who are the two admirals in the photos?
- where have these been taken, and the location of the cars parade?
- Any detail about the visit of Japanese Navy Officers?

#3 and #4 are the Marine-Flakschule in Misdroy May 1941. The IJN officers are part of a technical inspection party of the Japanese army.
