can anyone help me identify these dies?

They appear to be kriegsmarine buttons.

Does anyone recognize the logo L&B?

The Naval button is royal navy not Kriegsmarine and the L & B is probably a civilian works uniform button

Given the shape of the crown -neither a King's nor a Queen's one- it looks like a Greek Royal Navy button. Greek armed forces buttons were manufactured by German makers during the 1930s.
