M40 liner for review

Here is an M40 SD Luftwaffe. Wondering what you think of the liner? And of the decal?

Any one have a clue? Does the size stamp on the leather look good? The split pins look opened to me, so the question is why would someone swap the liner. Or did the whole shell get repainted perhaps? Its a late T-Model quist, so surely not back then.

If the eagle is good, the shell at least is good. Now the question remains, is the liner a good one?
