Ns66 m40 sd - KM?

Just picked up this nice one. I know there are a million 'Is this a Kriegsmarine?' subjects, and I've seen plenty of patina heer decals. However, this one really appears to nearly sparkle its so strongly gold.

What do you all think? I've also seen comments on here that NS is very uncommon as a possibility for KM...

Looks like Heer to me but the lot # would help to confirm yes or no .

NS did not produce for the KM , so definitely Heer.
Even if they did the batch would be irrelevant as batches can be of mixed branches.
