Chinstrap - 1942 Prag

Hi,

I need your opinions about this chinstrap. Maker marked and dated.

The fluffy leather seems bit odd , the oxidation really strong.
The buckle does look good.
But I would not pay a lot of money , it could be an aged fake imo.

After another look it does look like an aged fake to me.

Maybe ground dug buckle with heavily aged leather....

I dont like it either. its got that fake leather look. I agree, I think its a ground dug buckle coupled with a fake aged strap.
