I have seen these all my life.
Nothing special but, lately, I have noticed a few coming up with unit designations on the front or back.
Got this very locally.
Had to drive a whole three miles to get it from the son of a vet.
Anything special or significant or able to be identified on the unit?

...have one myself. This came from an estate seller on eBay 15 years past. Thus far, all researches have yielded nothing to identify "N.G.H.". It is assumed, now, with your example, these things number to 5 known.



The veteran clear-coated the thing. Oh, well, it is what it is.

Curious thing about these is they all have some number painted to the front. Of the five known, mine has the lowest number, actually a fraction, the others, I believe, are all whole numbers.
