I say original decal. BUT- why is the RH rune fuzzy? wear certainly appears genuine wartime to me.

This does not look like a Quist decal to me, looks more like a repro ET type. The wear looks somewhat contrived IMO.

Fake runes insig quite possibly of the dreaded champagne ilk as Im questioning whether its even a legit decal or airbrush art. Bad nonetheless.

This fake insignia sits atop paint that is incorrect for a Q M40, its color and texture....the first red flag is the decal itself, wrong for a Q, second red flag is the paint it sits on.

True, the more I look at it I'm sure its a champy spray job, didn't know any were put on Q's?
