M35 DD Luft NS66

Hello everyone. I picked up this NS66 DD Luft at the recent Pomona show. I was so caught up in the decals that I didn't notice that the liner had been changed till about a week later. Couldn't see the forest for the trees as they say.

Yeah, you would expect a size 58 or 59 liner in a size 66 shell. (I'm assuming the "56" refers to the size. What does the circular stamp say?)

Still a nice lid.

Can't really tell what the circular stamp says but the steel liner band is marked 64 / 56.
