Opinions on M40 Luft Camo?

Jeremy! Can you confirm, that the shell is a Q (Quist)?

I'm not sure about the camo..a way "too much".........
But I'll not judge here without other pictures, more details.

The shell is a HKP. Thats everyone for all the helpful opinions! -Jeremy

I used to own the helmet in question. It was purchased by me from Eddie Stark about 2 years ago as an original Luftwaffe Camo. It in turn was sold by me 10 months ago as such to finance other collecting avenues. I believe the Camo to be authentic pre 45 to the helmet.

I was honestly sold on the helmet, at least from the pictures. That is, until I saw the inside, which I didn't like.

I have to also say, opinions such as yours, Bill, are highly stimulating and I thank you for your input on these forums!

I totally agree with Arjan....IMHO this is something that should be discussed in private between Mike39 and Ken.....This way it doesn't turn into a "he said this", "he didn't say this" discussion, potentially influenced by forum members.....Bodes
